35mm POSITIVE & NEGATIVE SLIDES:Most people who were into photography during the 1950's to 1980's would have large collections of 35mm slides or transparencies. As with most film the 35mm slides also have a limited life, being affected by relative humidity, temperature, chemical contamination, light and the age of the film. Here in Australia where we experience extreme weather conditions, film transparencies can very quickly develop problems with the emulsion and dyes that make up the image. To preserve these aging slides it is recommended that they be scanned and stored in a digital format to eliminate any further deterioration. OUR SLIDE SCANNING SERVICE: Your 35mm slides are preserved using the following process.
NOTE: HIGH QUALITY SERVICE: Why choose our transfer service? The following sample slide show includes an opening menu that contains chapter points to help navigate through your images. Due to the aspect ratio of slides, black bands may appear at the top and bottom of each image. If images are supplied in portrait mode then black bands will appear either side. No matter what the orientation of your slides the images will be displayed in full without any cropping |
