By submitting source materials (Content) to Disthurst Pty. Ltd. for digitising, editing, duplication, or any other reason (Processing), you agree to all of Disthurst Pty. Ltd.  agreements and policies below:

Copyright Statement

It is your absolute responsibility to provide Disthurst Pty. Ltd. with all Content to be used for your CD/DVD/videotape/hard drive transfer service. You certify that you are the owner of all materials submitted to Disthurst Pty. Ltd. for Processing, or that you have obtained written permission from the copyright owner to use any Content, including, but not limited to, photographs, video, film, slides, negatives, music and/or text. You also agree to protect and indemnify Disthurst Pty. Ltd.  (and its assignees) from any costs related to copyright or intellectual property infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Disthurst Pty. Ltd. will make every effort to care for and protect your Content from damage or loss. You expressly understand and agree that Disthurst Pty. Ltd. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages to, theft or loss of the content you provide, damage to DVD players, computers, or other equipment, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from, but not limited to, product defects, accident, misuse, acts of God or other foreseeable or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Media

You accept that Disthurst Pty. Ltd. is not liable for film, video tape or other media which is supplied dirty, damaged, twisted, deformed, water damaged or deteriorated beyond recovery.

Privacy Policy

Disthurst Pty. Ltd. respects the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your video/photographic Content without your express written permission, other than as required by law.
